Each shop, whether a chain location or an individually owned location, is contractually committed to certain shop standards and practices when dealing with referred CCM Services clients. CCM Services does not own any body shops in our network thereby removing any practical or perceived conflict of interest. We only work with body shops that guarantee our clients and their drivers an efficient, cost-effective and courteous repair experience. CCM Services maintains our national body shop network electronically and can assign any of our clients’ repair needs in minutes.
