Tara Martines  began her working career in the fleet management as a teenager while still in high school and continued her career working full time while attending Penn State University full time as well, graduating with honors with a major in business and a minor in accounting. Her work skills, ethics and a strong commitment to education propelled her through college and enabled her to form a good foundation for her career at Corporate Claims Management, Inc., (CCM) In her 23 year plus years at CCM she has earned the respect of her peers, CCM‘s clients and suppliers. Her dedication to CCM and their clients has enabled her to rise from  Supervisor to Managing Director to ultimately President of CCM. As a strong advocate of technology and organization, she has created several internal processes to streamline unnecessary redundant billing and data entry duplications. Working with CCM‘s IT Director she has helped oversee the transition of a complete rewrite of CCM internal billing process.

Tara is married, with three children and is active in her children’s school activities in various capacities.
