Jim Van Buren has a dual role at CCM. His background is in IT and he is responsible for managing the IT staff at CCM. However, when CCM began to plan our safety program and due to the heavy commitment required from IT to make FleetGuard work as well as it does, Jim needed to learn as much as he could about safety. He has engaged numerous clients as to their safety needs and has been able to turn their needs into real solutions through FleetGuard. Jim and his team are 100% responsible for the creation of all of CCM’s proprietary programs in FC2 (accident management, maintenance management, vehicle remarketing and subrogation) as well as the FleetGuard Safety program.
